The Trump administration calls on all federal agencies to find ways to terminate all federal contracts with the Havard university in the midst of a continuous wall of foreign students’ records at IVY League School.
The General Services Administration plans to send a letter on Tuesday to instruct all federal agencies to review the $ 100 million estimated in federal contracts with Harvard and possibly “find alternative vendors”, according to a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News.
The remaining federal contracts include an agreement of $ 527,000 for Harvard Managementor’s licenses, which was awarded in September 2021, a $ 523,000 contract for Harvard for research on energy drinks and health results in other dietary extensions, which was awarded in August 2023 and a tour contract for students for students. $ 39,000, which was awarded in April 2025.

Harvard has already sued a Federal Court seeking the restoration of $ 3.2 billion in financing of federal subsidies already frozen by the administration since last month.

In a separate lawsuit, the university received a temporary containment order on Friday that temporarily prevents the government from canceling the school certification in the student and exchange visitors program. The program allows the university to host international students with F-1 or J-1 visas to study in the United States Harvard that revocation would affect more than 7,000 visa holders, more than a quarter of its student body. Another audience is scheduled for Tuesday in the Federal Court of Boston.

The President also accused Harvard of being “very slow” in delivering documents on foreign students and having “bought around and found the best absolute judge (for them)”.
The Secretary of the National Security Department (DHS), Kristi Noem, said on Thursday that he revoked Harvard’s certification after the university refused to comply with multiple information requests for foreign students while “ perpetuating a campus environment, not sure to be hostile to Jewish students, promotes sympathy in Hamas and uses racist, equity and inclusion policies ”.
The requested records include all audio or video images in possession of Harvard on threats to other students or university staff, “deprivation of rights” from other classmates or college staff, and “dangerous or violent activity, either on the campus or outside the campus” by a non -immigrant student registered in Harvard in the last five years.

Noem also calls for all disciplinary records and audio or video images of any protest activity involved in non -immigrant students. DHS said that Harvard’s answers have so far been inadequate.
