Anthony Weiner, the former misery-on-the-one-year-party as a member of the New York City Council, said during an interview that “women are crazy about me” despite going to prison and must be forced to register as a sex offender.
“Oh, for sure, for sure, my god, they are crazy for me. Women are crazy for me,” Weiner said when the comic and Podcaster Adam Friedland asked if the power politicians make them more attractive to the opposite sex.
Weiner’s sexting saga began more than a decade ago after a furious photo of the congressman married in his underwear was sent to one of Weiner’s public social media accounts.
That initial photo began a series of events, including its widely advertising departure from the Congress in 2011, additional sexting scandals and a FBI investigation that led Weiner to celebrate 21 months in prison and registered as a sexual offender to send sexually explicit images to a minor.

Weiner appeared on Wednesday in a YouTube -based program organized by Friedland, during which the podcaster suggested that Weiner’s Sexting scandal would not even break the “Top 100” news in 2025.
Weiner coincided, adding that “it was a relatively slow news period” at the time. He also said that his name was part of the reason he obtained so much advertising.
“I am a guy who was called Weiner who tweeted a photo of his D —” he said.
Friedland said what suggested that it was the lack of coverage on the allegations against the ex -Florida GOP’s Congressor Matt Gaetz, who was charged last year of participating in sex with a minor. Gaetz has denied the allegations.

“It’s correct, and if his name was Matt Kidf — Er, the story would have,” Weiner said, before Friedland interpected.
“No, this is not true,” said Friedland. “Think about it in this way. If it were today, it would be a 48-hour news cycle and forgot.”
Weiner challenged Friedland’s theory, saying -it was not a new idea to think that technology played an important role in making his sexing scandal so advertising.
“We move away from this idea, not terribly new that technology played a role,” said Weiner.
Weiner and Friedland continued to discuss the Sexting scandal, including the potential Domino effect he played in relation to James Comey’s research on Hillary Clinton’s private email server. During the FBI investigation into Weiner’s alleged sexual crimes against a minor, officials found emails promoted by the FBI COMEY director to reopen a research on the use of Clinton’s email server.
